Opacity
These reports cover what the Election Commission has kept from voters, parties and courts. They include booth-level turnout, searchable voter rolls, the names of deleted voters, RTI answers, polling footage and its own members' dissent. The Commission's reasons, such as privacy, misuse and voter secrecy, are in each case. Several of these records came out only when the Supreme Court ordered it.
